Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SyncGaze's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

SyncGaze provides web development services including but not limited to:

• • Custom web application development
• • Django and Python development
• • Enterprise platform development
• • E-commerce solutions
• • Consulting and technical support

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

All projects will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Changes to project scope require written agreement from both parties.

4. Payment Terms

• • Payment schedules will be specified in individual project contracts
• • Late payments may incur additional fees
• • Refunds will be handled according to our refund policy
• • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the custom code developed specifically for their project. SyncGaze retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Warranties and Limitations

We provide a 30-day warranty on delivered work for bugs and issues not caused by third-party modifications. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payment for completed work remains due upon termination.
