Refund and cancellation terms for SyncGaze Private Limited — Enterprise Development and Workspace services

1. No Refund Policy

Important Notice

All payments made to SyncGaze Private Limited are non-refundable. Please review all service details carefully before making a purchase.

All purchases made through pay.syncgaze.in for SyncGaze services — including Workspace subscriptions (Mail, Forms, Calendar, Contacts), enterprise development project fees, and add-on features — are final and non-refundable.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the service features and pricing before purchase
  • Digital services are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
  • No partial or full refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription
  • Downgrading your plan does not entitle you to a refund of the difference

2. Payment Disputes

Experiencing a Payment Issue?

If you believe you were charged incorrectly via pay.syncgaze.in (Razorpay or PhonePe), please contact us at info@syncgaze.in within 7 days of the transaction.

If you believe a charge was made in error via Razorpay or PhonePe (e.g., duplicate transaction, incorrect amount), you may raise a dispute by contacting our support team.

To process your dispute, please provide:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate disputed charges and respond within 7 business days. If a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a correction or credit at our discretion.

3. Transfer of Subscription

Subscriptions are tied to the account that made the purchase and are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by SyncGaze Private Limited.

In exceptional circumstances, you may request a subscription transfer by contacting our support team. Transfer requests are subject to:

  • Verification of account ownership
  • Approval by SyncGaze administration
  • Any applicable administrative fees

4. Service Cancellation by SyncGaze

SyncGaze Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account and access to services if:

  • You violate our Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected on your account
  • Payment obligations are not met after reasonable notice

In the event of cancellation due to a violation of our terms, no refund will be issued. If SyncGaze discontinues a service due to reasons beyond a user's control (e.g., force majeure), we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits or an alternative arrangement.

5. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting SyncGaze may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account and all associated services
  • Revocation of access to all SyncGaze products
  • Collection proceedings for the disputed amount plus any applicable fees

We strongly encourage you to contact us first at info@syncgaze.in to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
